Description

Job Summary: Responsible for mounting, dismounting, inflating, and balancing truck tires; performing technical inspections and repairs; managing inventory; and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Mounting, dismounting, and balancing of truck and trailer tires. 2. Conducting visual and technical inspections to identify damage. 3. Managing and recording tire inventory and complying with safety policies. * Mount, dismount, inflate, and balance truck and trailer tires. * Perform visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage. * Carry out repairs and vulcanizations, where applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Perform tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Manage and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability. * Maintain and care for tire shop equipment and tools, keeping the workplace organized and clean. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during fleet preventive inspections. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
