* Start up the boiler by igniting the fuel and adjusting feed mechanisms to enable water heating and vaporization, supplying water when necessary; * Continuously check valves, pressure instruments, and other control devices, making necessary adjustments to ensure their proper operation; * Monitor the plant's water supply system; * Maintain the integrity of pipelines, valves, gauges, instruments, and accessories by cleaning them, lubricating them, and reporting possible issues to maintenance personnel; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job; * Participate in training programs and meetings when summoned; * Fill out documents, prepare service reports, and record incidents; * Safeguard and care for company assets; * Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements of the position.
