Job Summary: A professional to work in billing, logistics, and sales, focused on customer service and commercial and operational support, with experience in food products or B2B sales. Perform daily billing activities, including issuing sales invoices, shipping invoices, return invoices, and transfer invoices; Organize tax documents and maintain updated files; Support finance and accounting departments with required information; Verify orders, invoices, and transportation documents; Conduct active prospecting of customers, especially for bulk sales (B2B); Respond to customers via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and other official channels; Prepare quotations and commercial proposals according to the current price list; Follow up with customers post\-sale to ensure satisfaction and continued sales; Organize daily shipping logistics, ensuring alignment among sales, production, and shipping departments; Schedule pickups with transport companies; Monitor the logistics process from order placement to delivery, informing customers of status updates; **Issue and verify transportation-related documents:** Invoice (NF), Electronic Freight Bill (MDF\-e), Electronic Transport Document (DACTEs), waybills, etc. Maintain relationships with transport companies and logistics partners; Participate in trade fairs and events when necessary, providing operational support; Carry out other tasks related to commercial, logistics, or billing areas as requested by management; Comply with applicable food quality and safety procedures, reporting deviations and contributing to product compliance and safety. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Experience with food products or bulk sales; Basic knowledge of taxation (ICMS, CFOP, tax substitution).
