Submit e\-social files according to legal deadlines, keeping government records up to date; Develop occupational safety training programs and campaigns to strengthen the safety culture and active care. Monitor validity periods of mandatory training according to job role/function using the Senior system, updating records as needed to comply with legislation. Organize training sessions, obtain quotations, and schedule activities; Draft the CIPA election notice, notify the labor union, manage candidate registrations, conduct elections, and provide training and inauguration for newly elected members. Hold meetings according to the schedule, documenting them in official minutes; Determine the size of the Emergency Brigade and organize its formation, arranging capacity-building training for new members as well as refresher training for current members. Conduct general meetings and drills to prepare brigade members for potential incidents and ensure compliance with legislation; Monitor fire extinguisher expiration dates, issuing reports for production safety technicians to collect units and oversee maintenance, observing validity deadlines; Develop the SIPAT (Internal Occupational Safety and Health Week) schedule, issue communications, encourage participation, execute weekly activities, and ensure compliance with legislation; Prepare Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS), disseminating the safety culture and complying with legislation. ?
