An inspiring environment focused on development and high performance. **About the Opportunity:** As an HR Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving the administrative and labor-related routines at Clínica Experts, ensuring compliance, organization, and excellence in the employee experience. We seek an analytical, organized, and responsible individual capable of autonomously handling day-to-day tasks and contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of HR payroll routines, directly supporting employees, leaders, and the People team within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor onboarding, termination, vacation, leave of absence, and time tracking routines; * Verify and process payroll, benefits, and labor-related charges; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies; * Manage and organize onboarding and registration documents; * Support employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, time tracking, and other HR payroll processes; * Manage and monitor corporate benefits; * Ensure timely updates and verification of information in internal systems and HR management platforms; * Support internal audits and labor-related requests; * Contribute to process improvements, automation, and departmental organization; * Support strategic initiatives of the People area, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience with HR payroll routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing; * Experience with time tracking, benefits, and labor documentation; * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle confidential information responsibly; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or high-growth environments; * Familiarity with payroll systems, electronic time tracking, and HR management platforms; * Experience with HR metrics and People Analytics; * Experience with process automation and continuous improvement; * Knowledge of tools such as Qulture.Rocks, Inhire, or similar. **Our Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher card (Flash); * Transportation voucher; * Outpatient Health Plan (Unimed) + Dental Plan (Uniodonto); Wellhub (Gympass) — access to gyms, studios, and physical activities; ️* ️ * Guia da Alma — online therapy and emotional well-being platform; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; ️ * Conexão Premiada — talent referral incentive program; * An inspiring environment focused on development and high performance!
