Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure the company's accounting compliance, guaranteeing that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements 2. Performs accounting, tax, and social reconciliations 3. Manages negative certificates and monitors accounting legislation We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team! Your mission will be to ensure the company's accounting compliance, guaranteeing that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal regulations. Work with a systemic perspective and proactivity to propose process improvements, contributing to operational efficiency and security. **Responsibilities:** Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Cash Flow Statement, Explanatory Notes); Perform accounting, tax, and social reconciliations (INSS, FGTS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, IPI); Prepare and submit ancillary declarations (SPED ECD, SPED ECF, IBGE); Manage negative certificates, corporate documents, and insurance policies; Ensure expense postings are recorded within their respective accounting period; Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation; Calculate IRPJ, CSLL, and Interest on Equity; Manage fixed assets and financial income. **Required Competencies:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Postgraduate degree in Accounting (desirable); Experience in the accounting field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience with SAP system; BI knowledge (considered a plus). **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Mobility assistance (if residing outside Lajeado); Partnership with educational institutions; SESC membership.
