They will be essential throughout your journey in the selection process **\#Fruki!** We value diversity and welcome all individuals! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct corporate internal investigation procedures; * Lead the contract due diligence process; * Support the development and updating of internal policies and departmental processes; * Contribute to improving Compliance processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness; * Assess situations against the Code of Conduct and other Compliance policies; * Monitor Compliance department indicators monthly, creating new indicators as needed to support actions toward established targets; * Maintain continuous updates on Compliance topics, ensuring the company complies with applicable laws, policies, standards, regulations, and resolutions; * Map and monitor legal and regulatory requirements; * Support the implementation and application of the LGPD across business areas, ensuring Fruki complies with the law to avoid future liabilities; * Lead investigations into personal data incidents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws to prevent or mitigate LGPD sanctions; * Annually review Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs), scheduling meetings with all departments handling personal data to ensure correct classification of processing purposes; * Develop and deliver Compliance and LGPD training programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Completion or ongoing specialization in Compliance, Auditing, or related fields is desirable; * Experience in Compliance and LGPD; * Experience with regulatory topics is desirable; * Certification in Compliance, Corporate Investigations, and/or Fraud Prevention is a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Transportation allowance Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Unimed health plan Uniodonto dental plan Free life insurance Scholarship program Education assistance Wellhub (Gympass) Employee Assistance Program Pharmacy discount program Discounts on Fruki products Partnerships with selected universities Fruki Bebidas was founded in 1924 in Arroio do Meio, Rio Grande do Sul, and has been delighting lives with flavor for over 100 years.
