**BM VAGAS in partnership with Ferros Castro selects Machine Operator in the city of Lajeado – RS** Responsibilities Perform equipment operation checkup prior to operation (general conditions, electrical system, accessories – register problems if detected) Identify production needs according to schedule Prepare machine for production as scheduled (tools, raw material and equipment programming, safety signage) Execute production according to plan Operate equipment according to work instructions Perform quality control as defined Identify finished product according to plan Assist with truck loading Keep equipment and work area clean and organized Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership Comply with established internal rules and regulations Control scrap generation and optimize leftover material usage Requirements Basic education preferably completed. Willingness to learn. Skills Reading and comprehension ability. Teamwork skills. Attention to detail and organization. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 07:30 -12:00 and 13:00 -17:18
