We are seeking a Budget Analyst responsible for estimating and analyzing costs to prepare construction budgets. The candidate will be required to obtain material and service quotations and monitor cost developments to ensure project financial feasibility. A completed bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, prior experience in budgeting, and proficiency in budgeting software are essential. Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills are also desirable for this role. 1\. Perform quantity takeoffs and review technical specifications to prepare budgets. 2\. Analyze projects and technical documentation to identify associated costs. 3\. Research and quote prices for materials and services required for construction. 4\. Develop cost spreadsheets and commercial proposals. 5\. Monitor project costs throughout execution. 6\. Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure better commercial terms. 7\. Conduct critical analysis of supplier and service provider proposals. 8\. Maintain an updated database of costs and suppliers. 9\. Participate in meetings with sales teams and clients to present commercial proposals. 10\. Contribute to developing strategies to enhance the company's market competitiveness.
