Job Summary: Assists international clients with product updates, manages orders, handles documentation for shipping, and explores new markets and partnerships. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting new markets and partnerships. **EXPORT ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide assistance to international clients by informing them about changes, product launches, and any other brand or product updates; Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by immediate supervision; Process orders received via email and verify them with clients; Forward orders to production; Handle client billing; Prepare shipping documentation for classified cargo; Prepare Certificates of Origin; Send documentation to clients; Maintain work equipment and tools in perfect condition and cleanliness, including keeping the workplace organized; Keep clients updated on pricing and periodically verify price updates with management; Negotiate payment terms and orders with clients; Prospect importation of raw materials; Prospect new markets and partnerships; Arrange quotations and logistics operations for order shipments; Provide all final documentation required for shipment and send documentation to clients. **Requirements:** Requirements: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in this role; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related fields; Fluent Spanish and basic English **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break. **Benefits:** Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher of R$ 22.00. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
