Lead and motivate the sales team to guarantee excellence in customer service. Plan and execute commercial initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns. Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans. Control expenses, inventory, and administrative processes. Prepare budgets, monitor deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
