**Activities:** * Assist in budget preparation, creating spreadsheets and reports. * Perform material and equipment quantity surveys. * Request material and service quotes from suppliers. * Update and maintain price databases and supplier records. * Organize and archive documents related to budgets. * Control internal document flow and proposal deadlines. * Enter information into internal budgeting systems. * Assist in monitoring budget area performance indicators. * Provide support to the Sales and Engineering teams in preparing proposals. * Meet defined deadlines and quality standards for area processes. * Collaborate with continuous improvement of budgeting processes and tools. **Requirements:** * High school or Technical education in progress in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields. * Basic understanding of budgeting processes. * Basic ability to read and interpret project plans. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
