Collaborating with the Procurement department **Job Description** * Execute various administrative and/or operational processes, solving problems with a moderate degree of complexity; * Maintain updated information and organized documents within your work area to support operational efficiency; * Monitor inventory levels for stores carrying the product line under your responsibility, analyzing established performance indicators; * Initiate replenishment requests for stores carrying the product line under your responsibility, taking appropriate actions; * Manage the administrative aspects of store replenishment for the product line under your responsibility, taking appropriate actions; * Communicate with stores/company units to resolve or forward routine procurement process tasks; * Collaborate with the Procurement department. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–6:00 PM. Fridays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM. **Prerequisites** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel); * Retail experience is desirable.
