Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle customer activation requests and manage support and maintenance tickets for services provided by the unit; * Provide technical support to customers, ensuring agility, quality, and compliance with established standards; * Participate in training and development programs whenever required, aiming for continuous professional improvement; * Perform duties with focus on occupational safety, adherence to internal regulations, and preservation of company assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** PROACTIVITY.
