Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the company’s information technology infrastructure, providing user support, performing installations, configurations, and maintenance of systems and equipment, as well as supporting process organization and documentation within the area. A proactive, organized, and collaborative approach is expected, contributing to business operations continuity and reliability. **Responsibilities:** **IT Support and Infrastructure Activities:** Respond to IT service requests from users; Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, workstations, and smartphones; Configure and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and peripherals; Create users, groups, access rights, and permissions in systems, according to authorizations; Register and manage network access and resources; Provide support for IT team routines and requests; Maintain fixed, mobile, and internet telephony infrastructure, liaising with service providers; Monitor system synchronization failures and errors, liaising with vendors and third parties; Deliver training and guidance to users as needed. **Required Competencies:** Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in IT-related fields; Knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer networks, hardware, peripherals, and equipment maintenance; Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health insurance; Partnership agreements with educational institutions; SESC membership benefits.
