Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **Join our team and help build this unique story with us!** **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:** * Develop and update physical and financial schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines and alignment with the execution team; * Monitor and control construction progress, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Develop and monitor the S-curve to forecast physical and financial progress trends; * Plan and control resources (labor, materials, equipment) to ensure efficient use of inputs; * Monitor constraints and develop action plans using Lean Construction and Last Planner System principles; * Participate in site routines to ensure alignment between planning and execution; * Weekly performance reporting (physical and financial indicators), distributed to relevant teams; * Prepare management reports for investors and clients, consolidating construction progress data; * Maintain visual management updates to ensure transparency and effective inter-team communication; * Generate reports and dashboards for construction performance monitoring; * Participate in the implementation and integration of BIM 4D into planning (where applicable). **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction planning and control; * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proficiency in construction scheduling, S-curves, deadline and cost control; * Proficiency in Prevision and MS Project (construction planning software); * Intermediate Excel and Power BI for report analysis; * Knowledge of Lean Construction, Last Planner System, and agile methodologies; * Ability to interpret technical drawings; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Organizational skills; * Discipline; * Preferred: Experience with BIM 4D.
