Packaging, storage, and equipment cleaning routines. **Job Description** * Prepare products according to recipes and technical specifications. * Sanitize food items and ingredients used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Perform packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * Support the deli and butcher departments as needed. **Work Schedule** * Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:20 PM. **Prerequisites** * Must be at least 18 years old. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Primary education.
