**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Register customers
* Analyze customer registration regarding credit payment capacity
* Check customers’ credit history through credit protection agencies
* Collect payments from delinquent customers
* Assist and formalize debt renegotiation
* Receive payments at cash registers via various payment methods
* Issue and organize documents
* Control and organize merchandise in the delivery department
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High school diploma preferred
* Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields preferred
* Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service or administrative roles in any field
* Basic knowledge of computer systems
* Cash register operation
* Customer information registration
* Basic knowledge of payment methods: credit card, debit card, etc.
* Customer service techniques
