Involvement in certification processes and quality control ### **Job: Quality Management Technician** **Location:** Porto Franco – MA **Work Schedule:** 44 hours/week \| On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** To be negotiated ### **Job Objective** Ensure that the company's services and processes comply with established quality standards, technical regulations, and legal requirements. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and support the implementation of the Quality Management System; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Identify, record, address, and monitor non-conformities; * Propose and monitor corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Collect, analyze, and present quality indicators; * Manage measurement and calibration equipment; * Review and communicate the quality policy to teams; * Support laboratory testing and topographic measurements when required; * Conduct training on quality procedures and instructions; * Participate in certification, standardization, and quality control processes. ### **Requirements** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in **Quality Management, Administration, or related fields**; * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in the field; * Knowledge of **ISO 9001, 5S, and quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa)**; * Experience with performance indicators and root cause analysis; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. ### **Benefits** * Food basket * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Wellhub * Childcare allowance * University partnerships Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Food basket * Wellhub * Life insurance * Dental insurance * Health insurance
