For us, quality is a key differentiator: we are ISO9001 and ISO17025 certified\. **Job Description / Systems Assistant:** **Responsibilities:** * Support analysis and classification of system requirements from internal customers; * Open and track incidents/tickets with TOTVS support and vendors, providing guidance when necessary; * Assist with requests for customizations, improvements, and new system requirements; * Support monitoring of routines and integrations between systems; * Assist in organizing schedules for requirements and consultants’ activities; * Perform operational and administrative routines within the systems department, with progressively increasing autonomy and supervision; * Support development of Dashboards, KPIs, and reports. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge or initial experience with TOTVS ERP (Protheus experience is considered a plus); * Ability to quickly learn systems and processes; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; * Interest in working in corporate technology and systems areas.
