Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing mold changes, supporting product development, defining auxiliary equipment, and ensuring the maintenance of injection molding machines and robots. Opportunity for development on the production line **MOLD CHANGER** **Job Description:** Perform mold changes according to the production setup procedure. Support product and process development. Define and provide auxiliary production equipment, such as fixtures and auxiliary tools. Ensure and maintain injection molding machines, as well as robot grippers responsible for part removal. Verify injection machine safety per the daily onboard checklist. Support leadership in controlling cycle times and technical specification parameters. Inspect operating conditions of the overhead crane, steel cables, cable locks, mold locks, and mold clamping grippers on the machine. Complete the setup checklist. Perform machine shutdown and mold lubrication at the end of the shift (weekends). Conduct injection machine startup together with leadership at the beginning of the production shift. Send molds for maintenance when required. Notify responsible personnel via work order upon identifying water, air, or oil leaks from machines or molds.
