Monitoring of departmental goals and indicators **FLEET SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: * Lead the team in executing fleet-related activities and manage the department’s physical, human, and material resources to comply with standards, procedures, and directives from the immediate supervisor, thereby contributing to business sustainability; * Develop the technical and behavioral competencies of the team through training sessions and periodic meetings, promoting the company’s essence, values, and DNA; fostering an ownership mindset, teamwork, quality of life at work, and ensuring organizational succession planning by building high-performing teams; * Monitor departmental goals and indicators, implement corrective actions as needed to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs and waste, and optimize processes; * Conduct and oversee physical inspections of vehicle safety and mandatory circulation items using a standardized checklist, ensuring that all vehicles in operation comply with current legislation. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience as a mechanic or in similar roles; * Driver’s License: Category “E”. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; • Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Benefits:** Benefits: * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher (TEU card); * Parking; * Unimed Health Plan (available after 6 months); * Dental Plan; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR). *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
