Responsibilities: Maintain physical and electronic documents in order; prospect new and inactive customers; provide in-person or remote customer service; follow up on damages and overdue payments; receive and log technical support requests; schedule visits by external consultants; manage equipment dispatch and return logistics; issue invoices and leasing contracts; conduct leasing transactions via email and telephone.
