With over 1,200 employees, 7 branches across Brazil, and an office in China, we are expanding rapidly—and we want you on this championship team! **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and supervise the industrial cleaning assistants team; * Directly perform operational tasks alongside the team, carrying out floor and elevated cleaning services, using aerial work platforms when necessary; * Ensure comprehensive factory cleaning is executed according to schedule, quality standards, and established requirements; * Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide daily support to the team; * Ensure the team consistently maintains professional appearance and conduct; * Ensure proper use of PPE, equipment, resources, and facilities per company requirements; * Guarantee strict adherence to all procedures, safety regulations, and specifications set by both the company and the client; * Support training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS)/Toolbox Talks (DTO), and implementation of safety best practices; * Report incidents, deviations, and operational needs to supervision. **Requirements:** * Prior experience leading operational teams; * Availability for field operational activities; * Knowledge of safety regulations and working at heights; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial cleaning; * Experience or certification in Aerial Work Platforms (AWP).
