Manage and develop the team We are hiring an **Operations Supervisor** to work at an airline catering company located at the **Porto Alegre Airport**, responsible for producing sophisticated meals and snacks served during flights. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the operations (transportation) team, ensuring activities on the airport tarmac are executed without causing delays in deliveries, security procedures, or adherence to daily flight schedules; * Invoice control; * Ensure additional supply replenishments are performed whenever necessary; * Manage the team, supporting development and conflict resolution.
