Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant performs preventive and corrective services to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the school's physical infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting. 2. Carry out preventive maintenance in classrooms and administrative areas. 3. Support the organization of spaces for school events and activities. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the school premises, ensuring the proper functioning of the physical infrastructure and contributing to a safe and suitable environment for students, teachers, and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting; Carry out preventive maintenance in classrooms, restrooms, courtyards, and administrative areas; Support the organization of spaces for school events and activities; Identify and report needs for more complex maintenance; Maintain and care for tools and work materials.
