Strategic interface with various company departments Apply now » **Date:** March 19, 2026 **Location:** Gestamp Gravataí, BR, Gestamp Gr **Company:** Gestamp Logistics Supervisor **Gravataí/RS** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise receiving, warehousing, line feeding, and shipping operations. * Coordinate cycle and general inventories. * Lead and develop operational teams (shifts). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). * Interface with Production, PCP, Purchasing, Quality, and Transportation departments. **Technical Competencies:** * Logistics operations management (receiving, warehousing, line feeding, and shipping). * Knowledge of PCP: production scheduling, capacity analysis, inventory control, and KPI monitoring. * Material planning and interface with production, quality, and purchasing. * Experience with ERP systems and inventory control. * KPI management: OTIF, inventory turnover, accuracy, lead time, and productivity. **Requirements:** * 1 year as a Gestamp employee. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred:** * SAP system knowledge. * Power BI.
