An opportunity for those who enjoy goals and results **Customer Relationship Assistant (Commercial)** Dental Clinic **Location:** Marechal Rondon Neighborhood – Canoas/RS On-site \- CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM \| 1:15 PM to 7:00 PM; Thursday and Friday: until 6:30 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary of R$ 2\.000,00 \+ commissions per conversion Meal allowance: R$ 20.00/day Transportation allowance Card-based benefits (freely usable balance) **About the Opportunity** We seek a commercially and relationally oriented professional who enjoys communicating, building connections, and conducting consultations with a focus on conversion. This role will operate within the scheduling center, serving patients who reach out via the clinic’s social media channels. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in consultative commercial customer service * Strong communication skills, active listening, and organizational ability * Persuasive profile with confidence in managing customer interactions * Interest in achieving goals and delivering results **Main Responsibilities** * Provide patient support via digital channels * Manage scheduling of initial consultations * Clearly and confidently explain the clinic’s operations * Identify patient needs and build rapport * Adopt a consultative approach to guide patients toward scheduling * Focus on converting interactions into scheduled appointments.
