Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support administrative routines, prepare reports, organize trainings, manage documents, and provide support to the team and supervisors.

**As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:**
Supporting the department's administrative routines;
Answering calls and directing them to respective teams;
Assisting in organizing and managing the technical team's schedule;
Performing system registrations;
Preparing reports, indicators, and control spreadsheets;
Organizing and monitoring internal and external trainings;
Document archiving and management;
Billing and purchase order requests;
Performing service charge calculations and sending invoices to clients;
Contract analysis;
Providing support to supervisors and the department coordinator.
**Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process:**
Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree — currently enrolled or completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
Experience with administrative routines and bureaucratic tasks;
Experience with billing and collections;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
