




Job Summary: The Engineer will develop and optimize welding processes, qualify welders, and program welding robots, ensuring compliance and quality in manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and validation of manufacturing techniques for continuous improvement. **ENGINEER** **Job Description:** – Develop Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS); – Assist in product specifications related to welding requirements; – Qualify welders according to internal procedures; – Train and guide welders on welding techniques, drawing interpretation, and welding symbols; – Conduct manufacturing process audits to verify compliance of methods and equipment used, and inspect welds per project specifications; – Analyze applied manufacturing techniques (method, work procedure, machines, equipment, tools, activity time, raw material and consumable usage) to validate and/or improve them; – Develop manufacturing processes, verifying materials, weldability, heat treatment, and weld traceability; – Program welding robots; – Calculate welding process costs; – Prepare process inspection reports and new product approval reports. **Requirements:** – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering – completed or final semesters; – Knowledge of ISO 3834 and ISO 14731; – Knowledge of Quality Management ISO 9001 **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM). **Benefits:** – Transportation allowance (VT); – On-site cafeteria; – Health and dental insurance (Unimed); – Life insurance; – Attendance bonus; – Profit-sharing program (PLR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
