Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer skilled in machining large-scale components, capable of optimizing processes and ensuring quality and safety in production. Maintaining quality, productivity, and safety We are looking for a qualified professional to work as a **CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer**, with proven experience in machining large-scale components, machine setup, and process programming. **Main Responsibilities:** * Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes; * Perform machining and fitting of parts according to engineering drawings; * Carry out machine and tool setup, adjusting machining parameters as needed; * Conduct dimensional measurements and inspections of produced parts; * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes; * Ensure part quality, process productivity, and compliance with safety standards; * Maintain organization and upkeep of the work area and equipment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ✔ Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer; ✔ Mandatory hands-on experience with long-bed lathes (minimum 2 meters between centers); ✔ Knowledge of CNC programming and machining adjustments; ✔ Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings; ✔ Technical, organized profile committed to quality, safety, and productivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Vocational training in CNC Lathe Programming and Operation; ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and metrology. **Salary: To be negotiated** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Transportation allowance Experience: * Long-bed lathes (minimum 2 meters between centers) (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
