Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in setting up, dismantling, and organizing recording and live broadcasting studios; * Support set construction according to each program’s layout and visual standards; * Ensure the studio is prepared and compliant with the program’s technical and editorial requirements prior to recordings/broadcasts; * Organize and position furniture, props, and scenic elements; * Check basic studio conditions to request adjustments (cleaning, organization, correct placement of elements). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are considered a plus); * Basic understanding of spatial organization and attention to visual details; * Ability to follow predefined technical instructions and layouts; * Availability to work flexible hours, including live broadcasts; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility to ensure the studio is ready on time; **Additional Information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is February 15, 2026.** RBS is made of people.
