




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, new electrical installations, and general building maintenance, including painting, masonry, and plumbing. Carry out new electrical installations and reassemble primary switchgear cabinets. Activate/Deactivate power outlets; replace lamps and ballasts; inspect electrical circuits; reset tripped circuit breakers; troubleshoot power loss at outlets; install line filters; address power outages; program lighting systems; other electrical tasks; perform general building maintenance, including opening, monitoring, and closing service orders. Painting and paint repair; masonry repairs; floor repairs; door maintenance; replacement of ceiling panels; ceiling detachment; civil works; unclogging of general hydraulic networks; malfunctioning or defective valves; replacement of flush tank kits and flush mechanisms; **MANDATORY COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:** * Electrical * NR 10 (in-person and valid) * NR 35 (in-person and valid) **Requirements:** * Proven experience in electrical work.
