This position is on-site, based in Esteio, with CLT employment and working hours according to the schedule defined by the unit. Join an operational team committed to excellence, collaboration, and high performance—where safety, quality, and efficiency go hand in hand.* Where You Will Make a Difference + Operate and adjust bagging machines, including process parameters. + Operate and adjust heat sealers for bags. + Inspect the bagging machine conveyor belt and perform operational checklists. + Assist in mounting screens on the sieve panel. + Test metal detector samples. + Perform palletizing of bags and boxes. + Verify bag sealing and printing. + Insert bags into boxes and operate box forming and sealing machines. + Operate stretch wrappers and perform pallet identification (UDs). + Verify labeling print templates. + Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes. + Conduct physical counts of materials and packaging. + Perform bulk bag and big-bag unloading of raw materials. + Perform work at height, in accordance with safety procedures. + Assist in equipment cleaning in packaging, palletizing, packaging towers, and dryers. + Assist in cleaning reprocessing areas, raw material storage, floors, platforms, and general facility cleaning. + Prepare cleaning and sanitation solutions. + Sanitize equipment, platforms, and floors in accordance with food safety and quality standards. + Collect samples for physicochemical analysis and forward them to the Central Laboratory. + Prepare micro-ingredient blends and feed mixers (blenders). + Assist in replacing filter elements, filter bags, and filter cages. + Support extruder activities, including opening, closing, screw cleaning, and die assembly. + Collect material during extruder startup. What Makes You the Right Candidate + Completed high school education. + Prior experience in an industrial or production environment is desirable. + Availability to work on rotating shifts and schedules defined by operations. + Commitment to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
