Advantage: service in a hospital environment **SCHEDULE:** 1:00 PM \- 7:00 PM (6 days on, 1 day off \- rotating shift) **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in food-related activities; * Interest in working in the food service field; * **Advantage:** interpersonal communication skills (hospital environment). **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Prepare patient meal trays according to diets prescribed by physicians or nutritionists; * Organize orders and requests in the kitchen, and deliver and retrieve meals from patient rooms; * Collect food samples served and monitor food temperatures; * Maintain materials and documents organized for the next shift; * Other duties related to the position.
