We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team, bringing technical knowledge, responsibility, and strategic vision to support and supervise pharmacy operations, always prioritizing patient safety and regulatory compliance! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure pharmacy operations, guaranteeing control and execution of operational and clinical processes. * Monitor registration, inventory control, and pricing of materials, medications, and diets within the system. * Attend to and advise patients and their families on the correct use of medications. * Perform medication repackaging, labeling, storage, and dispensing. * Control substances regulated by Ordinance No. 344/98, recording entries and consumption. * Monitor and report adverse drug-related events. * Represent CaptaMed technically before the Regional Pharmacy Council. * Actively participate in the Quality Management System, contributing to process improvements and updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * Active and valid registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management. * Preferred: Prior experience in hospital pharmacy or home healthcare services. * Materials and medication management systems (e.g., IW or similar); * Knowledge of inventory control and dispensing processes; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation; * Assertive communication and interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), leaving your evenings and weekends free! * Meal allowance (R$ 22.00 per working day). * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by us. * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction). * Health and dental insurance. * SESC membership. * Gympass (Wellhub). * Birthday Day Off. * Extended marriage leave. * Up to 40% discounts at partner universities.
