Job Summary: We are seeking an electrotechnician to ensure maintenance and optimal operation of the data center infrastructure, working with safety and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a company that connects technology and purpose. * We are looking for an electrotechnician to join our Data Center team in Rio de Janeiro. You will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, applying your skills to ensure maintenance and optimal operation of our new data center infrastructure in Porto Alegre. Your expertise will be critical to ensuring the safety and comfort of our employees and customers, as well as contributing to process optimization and service excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify, measure, and monitor all electrical systems and equipment within the data center; * Conduct on-site inspections and monitor the building and data center alarms. * Operate and perform maintenance on energized or de-energized electrical panels; when working on energized panels, appropriate clothing and PPE must be used; * Perform low-voltage electrical building maintenance. * Carry out periodic checklists for infrastructure routines. * Implement best practices for data center infrastructure, operations, and maintenance; * Suggest, implement, and supervise best practices for infrastructure installation safety in the data center. * Identify, implement, and supervise the need for corrective and predictive maintenance on the data center infrastructure. * Supervise customer installations in the data center. * Perform minor installations to serve data center customers. * Replace light bulbs and repair internal and external lighting; * Install electrical circuits and circuit breakers for AC and DC; * Monitor third-party maintenance activities related to air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, electrical installations, water systems, generator systems, battery systems, and any other infrastructure-related tasks in the data center. * Enforce data center security policies and procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. * In-depth knowledge of critical data center systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire detection/suppression systems, and building monitoring systems. * This role involves standard working conditions in a data center environment, with rotating shift schedules to support 24/7 operations. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and manage stress. * The candidate must demonstrate confidence in customer-facing situations. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving attitude aligned with customer and organizational requirements. * Highly proactive behavior. * High level of organizational skills, focused on maintaining updated records and controls usable across the organization.
