Join one of the **country's most modern hospital complexes**, recognized nationally and internationally for the **quality and safety** of its medical practice and the **humanism** of its professionals, supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise civil construction workers operating at concrete plants, civil construction sites, and railway worksites. * Prepare technical documentation and control productive resources on site (physical layouts, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams). * Monitor on-site productivity standards, including inspection of material and supply quality; guidance on specifications, flow, and movement of materials; and safety measures for work areas and equipment. * Manage the project schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in construction project management and team leadership. * Experience in hospital construction projects will be a plus.
