This professional will play a central role in building a robust procurement model, balancing **availability, cost, and profitability**, with strong focus on **negotiation**, **commercial budget/agreement management**, control of **stockouts and inventory overstock**, and direct interface with **Sales, Inventory/Operations, and Finance & Control** teams. We seek an analytical, hands-on professional with collaborative leadership and high execution capability—someone able to build solid supplier relationships and deliver efficiency and business results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and develop the procurement team, including goal setting, performance tracking routines, and execution standards; * Coordinate procurement and product mix replenishment processes, ensuring continuous supply while balancing stockouts and overstock; * Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers (pricing, delivery terms, conditions, agreements, and counter-obligations), aiming for optimal cost-benefit and stronger partnerships; * Manage **commercial budgets/agreements**, ensuring full traceability: negotiated vs. executed; * Monitor departmental KPIs (e.g., service level/stockout rate, inventory turnover, dead stock, agreements/budgets, procurement efficiency), proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Track product turnover and inventory overstock, recommending purchase adjustments and joint actions with relevant departments; * Monitor market price trends and behavior to support negotiation decisions and strategies; * Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, recordkeeping, and controls; * Collaborate with Sales/Finance & Control teams to uphold margin and profitability discipline, contributing to pricing decisions and overall business performance (in close coordination—not in isolation). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, preferably with team management responsibilities; * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills; * Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data analysis tools; * Ability to establish routines, KPIs, monitoring cadence, and action plans. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in food industry, distribution, supermarket, or food service companies; * Familiarity with the **Winthor (TOTVS)** system; * Practical experience managing **commercial budgets, agreements, and margin control via contractual conditions**; * Hands-on leadership profile, focused on execution and continuous improvement.
