We offer customized solutions to meet our clients' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate medium-complexity machines and processes with moderate interaction with equipment; continuously monitor the process to ensure machining quality and tool integrity; train new employees at workstations. Activate support from the assistance chain when adjustments or calibrations are required. Perform machine setup, contact the process preparer for process and/or batch release, use medium-variety measuring instruments and devices with lower-precision tolerances. Identify and segregate non-conforming parts generated at the workstation; control productivity and quantity of parts produced per production order (OP), recording inspections on the back of the order; contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness using PPE and promoting a safe environment. Position requires on-site work in Sapucaia do Sul / RS. Previous experience as Equipment Operator, Production Operator, Assembly Line Operator, or Boiler Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
