Job Summary: Professional responsible for maintaining and organizing gardens and green areas, ensuring environmental conservation. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in garbage and waste collection **Position:** Gardener **Location:** Alvorada/RS **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (card, usable for fuel); * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Health and dental insurance (Unimed or Doctor Clin), with 20% co-payment deducted from salary and 80% subsidized by the company. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain indoor and outdoor gardens and green areas of the company; * Perform grass cutting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control; * Keep flower beds, lawns, and landscaped areas clean and organized; * Collect leaves, branches, and organic waste; * Assist in collecting common garbage and waste from indoor and outdoor areas, as needed; * Ensure cleanliness, conservation, and organization of the environment. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a gardener or in general services (preferred); * Basic knowledge of garden maintenance, grass cutting, and use of manual and electric tools; Reside in Alvorada, Viamão, Gravataí, or Cachoeirinha, with easy access to the Alvorada Industrial District Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
