Focus on good communication and ease of teamwork Store Operator Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 10:40 AM to 7:00 PM Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public, especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Possess good communication skills and ease of teamwork; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Must have convenient access to the store. Store Operator Compensation: Salary: BRL 1972.00 \+ bonuses for achieved targets Attendance Bonus: BRL 450.00 quarterly, provided no absences occur. Birthday Day Off.
