Job Summary: The professional will mentor and develop young individuals enrolled in a socio-apprenticeship program, focusing on their retention in the labor market and professional advancement, while monitoring attendance and providing behavioral support. Key Highlights: 1. Mentoring and development of young apprentices 2. Support in workshops and behavioral development 3. Ensuring understanding of rights and responsibilities Conduct mentoring and development activities for participants of the Socio-Apprenticeship Program, with emphasis on labor market retention and enhancement of professional conduct. The professional will be responsible for monitoring apprentices’ attendance, recording absences in the system, and applying disciplinary measures as required by current legislation, including in cases of termination. Additionally, the professional will support participants’ behavioral and professional development through assistance in training-room workshops. Among their responsibilities is also ensuring that apprentices understand coexistence rules, as well as their rights and responsibilities stipulated in the Apprenticeship Law, via integration processes and ongoing guidance. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree Experience in integration, development, and service delivery to people.
