Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement of processes in a compounding pharmacy. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure regulatory compliance with ANVISA and Health Surveillance. 2. Guarantee quality control of raw materials and finished products. 3. Supervise laboratory processes and ensure continuous improvement. · Ensure all pharmacy technical documents comply with ANVISA regulations, ordinances, technical standards, and local Health Surveillance requirements. · Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products. · Guarantee technical training for all personnel involved in the processes. · Ensure continuous improvement of laboratory processes. **B – SUPERVISION:** · Supervise all laboratory processes. · Supervise adherence to SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring required quality. · Supervise cleaning according to SOPs, ensuring laboratory hygiene. · Ensure proper completion of narcotics and psychotropic substances registration logs. · Guarantee inventory control of raw materials, finished products, and packaging. · Guarantee verification of medical prescriptions, supervising whether formulations comply with prescriptions. **C – PLANNING AND CONTROL:** · Guarantee control of psychotropic and narcotic substances. · Monitor humidity and temperature in laboratories and equipment. · Control inventory of raw materials and packaging. · Plan laboratory staff work schedules. · Plan technical process training. · Plan and control laboratory cleaning routines. · Control expiration dates of raw materials. · Plan quality control routines. · Guarantee water quality, raw material quality, dermatological base quality, and finished product quality.
