Management of material controls, updating of SGQ documents, and material control (CM). Monitoring of financial and operational processes, including payment reports, invoice entry and verification, and inventory control in coordination with the warehouse. Procurement planning aligned with construction projects, order tracking and delivery schedule monitoring, market analysis, and contract renegotiation for cost reduction. Cross-departmental interface to meet demands, analyze processes, and implement improvements, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
