Collaborate closely with the development team **Position: UX/UI Designer Assistant** **Location:** On-site – Downtown São Leopoldo/RS ### **Job Description** Opportunity for a UX/UI Designer Assistant to enhance user experience and internal system interfaces of the company. We seek a creative, analytical, and collaborative profile, with a focus on usability and continuous improvement of digital products. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Map and analyze the company's ERP workflows, identifying areas for improvement; * Create wireframes and prototypes for new features; * Improve usability and user experience in internal systems; * Standardize visual components and system interfaces; * Collaborate closely with the development team to implement interfaces; * Support validation of deliverables; * Suggest continuous product improvements focused on operational efficiency. ### **✅ Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields; * Basic knowledge of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface); * Experience in creating prototypes and wireframes; * Proficiency in design tools (Figma); * **Preferred Qualifications** * Understanding of usability and user-centered design. ### **Additional Information** * Salary range: R$ 1.900,00 – R$ 3.059,97; * Employment type: CLT or PJ (to be determined); Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
