Job Summary: HR internship focused on employee support, HR document organization, and assistance with HR routines, endomarketing, and events. Key Highlights: 1. Support for endomarketing initiatives and events **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Providing employee support, clarifying questions, and assisting with HR routines; Organizing documents (hiring, vacation, digital signatures, and physical/digital files); Assisting in the sorting and organization of documents and materials related to onboarding and integration processes for new employees; Assisting in verifying, tracking, and submitting invoices and documents to the Finance department; Assisting in monitoring fines, claims, damages, and procedures affecting payroll; Supporting endomarketing activities, internal campaigns, and events. **RESIDENCE**: Residing in Esteio/RS or nearby areas. **REQUIREMENTS**: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Administration, or Management Processes; Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday, from 11:25 AM to 5:25 PM, with a 15-minute break. **STIPEND**: R$ 1.346,00 **BENEFITS**: PPR Performance Evaluation and Recognition Program Meal Voucher (Caju Benefícios Card) Transportation Voucher or Mobility Allowance Wellhub by Gympass Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$1.346,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
