We are looking for **talent** eager to accelerate alongside us—facing challenges and exploring new solutions in our IT area focused on Automation—and motivated to execute production-related processes with FuelTech’s standard of efficiency and quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains; * Develop and maintain automations using tools such as n8n, Power Automate, API integrations, internal web portals, or AI agents orchestrating previously manual steps; * Integrate corporate systems with each other (ERPs, e\-commerce, internal and external tools) via REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, or direct database access when required; * Use AI agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cowork, and similar tools) as the primary productivity resource; * Monitor and enhance existing automations, ensuring stability and performance; * Document workflows, integrations, and developed solutions; * Support internal departments in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Full proficiency in at least one programming language, with a full-stack profile and willingness to work with various languages and tools depending on the problem; * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; * Experience with process automation (e.g., n8n or similar tools); * Experience consuming and building APIs; * Hands-on experience with AI agentic tools—using tools like Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, or similar for agent orchestration and task automation; * Experience with Git/GitHub and good code versioning practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of .NET/C\#; * Knowledge of web frontend (React, Vue, Next.js, Blazor, or similar); * Knowledge of Docker and containers for solution packaging; * Knowledge of PowerShell for Windows and Microsoft 365 automation; * Basic understanding of integration security: secrets management, OAuth, JWT, and proper credential handling; * Prior experience with corporate ERPs (Protheus is a plus); * Ability to model processes using BPMN or simple flowcharts. **Additional Information** **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health with our Doctor Clin (Max) or Unimed health plans; All **equipment and resources necessary** to perform the job; **Flexible Working Hours \-** More flexible time-compensation system; **Corporate Restaurant \-** Our space includes a restaurant for employees on-site or hybrid schedules; **Meal Allowance \-** We provide meal allowance according to employee preference; **Health and Wellness Allowance \-** Financial support for physical activities; **Transportation/ Fuel Allowance \-** Transportation voucher—or, if the employee uses personal transportation, the benefit is converted into a fuel voucher; **Life Insurance \-** Financial support and funeral assistance during difficult times; **Professional Development \-** To support our current expansion phase, employees are encouraged to grow professionally; the company provides financial support for courses essential to professional development. **Language Courses:** Incentive for language learning (English, Spanish, or other strategic languages for operations).
