Monitor maintenance and construction work on lots; 4\. Prepare budgets and procure materials; 5\. Perform minor repairs in condominiums; 6\. Conduct periodic inspections in condominiums; 7\. Read water meters; 8\. Responsible for coordinating third-party services in condominiums. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:12 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–6:00 PM – 44 hours per week. Education: Preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree, but completion of high school is acceptable. Skills: Microsoft Office suite / Intermediate Excel proficiency required Note: Experience in minor repairs is required. Gross Salary: R$ 3.400,00 Transportation: Transportation allowance Meals: Meal card – R$ 45.00 per day Residence: Must reside in Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul, Canoas, or Cachoeirinha – or in neighborhoods near Esteio.
