Job Summary: Store manager responsible for developing sales strategies, leading and training teams, optimizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of the business unit **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Be accountable for the business unit you oversee. * Develop strategies to expand the customer base, increase in-store traffic, and optimize profitability. * Achieve sales targets by leading, training, motivating, and coaching the team, as well as providing continuous feedback. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Manage the store while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Maintain the store in impeccable condition and uphold visual merchandising standards. * Prepare reports on sales trends, customer needs, and profitability. * Recruit, train, and develop the sales team. * Handle situations involving employees and customers (complaints, dissatisfaction, etc.). * Serve as a role model for behavior and performance within the team. * Perform additional store manager duties as required. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management. * Proven track record in leading sales teams. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve goals. * Skills in people development and engagement. * Resilience and emotional intelligence to manage crisis situations. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in administrative tasks and process coordination. * Ability to multitask and make decisive, effective decisions. ***Work Location:*** Barra Shopping Sul Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher Work Mode: On-site
